Mommy Business Makeover Contest Rules.

* How to Enter:  SeedMommy.com will begin accepting nominees for the Mommy Business Makeover Contest on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at 12:00am Eastern Time.  Nominations will be accepted through March 30, 2012. To enter, go to http://www.seedmommy.com.  You must register with our site to create your nomination.  There is no fee to enter the contest.   

*Contest Timeline:

* February 12, 2012 - March 30, 2012 - Nominations accepting, voting by comment on SeedMommy.com

* March 30, 2012 - April 6, 2012 - Comments tallied, sponsors choose finalists

* April 7, 2012 - Finalists Announced, online voting commences

* April 30, 2012 - Winners Announced

* Eligibility:  To enter and or win the SeedMommy.com Mommy Business Makeover Contest, the nominee must be a Mom Owned Business.  Mother defined as having children, biological, adopted, step foster or legal guardian.  Self nominations are accepted, you may not nominate someone else's business for the contest.  

* Winner selection process:  SeedMommy will accept entries through its website through March 30, 2012.  At that time, judges made up of representatives from SeedMommy and prize sponsors will each get one vote to nominate a business for round 2 of voting.  The top three businesses receiving the most comments on SeedMommy.com will also move onto round 2 with no more than 5 - 7 businesses moving forward.  Finalists will be announced on April 7, 2012 on SeedMommy.com.  At that point, SeedMommy.com will host open voting for two weeks.  At that time, the business with the most votes will be named the winner and receive the prizes due to the winner.

* Judging by Sponsors - Sponsors will review all nominations and rank in order their top three choices for the next round of voting.  Attributes judges are looking for include but are not limited to:  Entry's passion for business, Need for a Business Makeover, and what business would benefit most from a Business Makeover.  Sponsor judging only impacts round one of the contest.  Visitor votes to SeedMommy.com make up the final round of voting.

*Right to Use Your Business Name, Logo and Info:  By entered SeedMommy's Mommy Business Makeover Contest, you are giving SeedMommy.com permission to use your name and your business in any promotional materials we see fit.  Materials will all be within the scope of contest and brand/scope of SeedMommy.com.
